The legal basis in this case (point d) is the legitimate interest
of TZero Photography including exercising and/or defending, where
necessary, its rights in the appropriate venues.
Carrying out commercial communication and promotional activities to
the email address you provided to us as the data subject, regarding
services and activities of TZero Photography.
The provision of consent for processing your personal data for the
above-mentioned purpose (point e) is optional, but failure to
provide it may make it impossible to respond to a request or
fulfill an obligation to which TZero Photography is subject or has
been requested.
Recipients
Your personal data may be shared and disclosed, for the purposes specified above in point 3, in Italy or abroad, to third parties such as:

Data Retention
TZero Photography will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes detailed and indicated in point 3 for a limited period and different depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of personal data. Once this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise rendered irreversibly anonymous.
Data collected for the conclusion and execution of contracts
will be retained for ten years from the date of contract
conclusion.
Data related to invoicing will be retained for ten years from the
invoicing date.
Your data as a Registered User, entered at the time of registration
on the site, will be retained until the deletion of the profile is
requested.
Data communicated by you to TZero Photography using the “Request Your
Personalized Quote” forms will be retained until deletion is
requested.
Resumes received and the data contained therein will be retained
for twelve months from receipt;
Data provided for commercial communication activities and/or
newsletter sending will be retained until the user requests the
cessation of the activity and/or requests to unsubscribe from the
service or in any case until you ask us to stop sending it.

We work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to collect information on how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and promote our products/services. Changes
