The processing of your personal data by TZero Photography is carried out in accordance with the principles of accountability, lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, in compliance with the legislative provisions of the Applicable Law and the confidentiality obligations therein.

Data Retention

TZero Photography will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes detailed and indicated in point 3 for a limited period and different depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of personal data. Once this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise rendered irreversibly anonymous.

Data collected for the conclusion and execution of contracts will be retained for ten years from the date of contract conclusion.
Data related to invoicing will be retained for ten years from the invoicing date.
Your data as a Registered User, entered at the time of registration on the site, will be retained until the deletion of the profile is requested.
Data communicated by you to TZero Photography using the “Request Your Personalized Quote” forms will be retained until deletion is requested.
Resumes received and the data contained therein will be retained for twelve months from receipt;
Data provided for commercial communication activities and/or newsletter sending will be retained until the user requests the cessation of the activity and/or requests to unsubscribe from the service or in any case until you ask us to stop sending it.

We work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to collect information on how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and promote our products/services. Website usage data is collected using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activities. Changes

This Privacy Policy is effective from 25 May 2018. TZero Photography reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in whole or in part, also due to changes in the Applicable Law. TZero Photography will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced and will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site. In any case, any changes made over time to this information will be duly published in a specific section of this Site.
